"The good:
-Hotel is beautiful and well maintained
-Staff is very helpful and they always have a smile on.
-Room service is great, we ordered breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing.
-Pool/beach menu is better than lunch at other restaurants and you do have to dress up for it.
-The spa is a MUST! We got the hydrotherapy and couples massage and it’s 100% worthy!
-Security in the hotel it’s on point, you always feel safe there.
The bad:
-You always get offered extra things for extra charge, they are everywhere you go, a little too much when all you want to do is relax and enjoy your all inclusive.
- We visited the statehouse and we had to wait 2.5 hrs for a table for two because we didn’t want to buy a $120 bottle of wine. If you buy the bottle you get immediate seating, I thought we were in an All- Inclusive, duh!"
